The following steps are important as it will influence the effect of foot mask.

1. Wash and soak your feet with hot water, then dry your feet.
2. Use the scissors to cut the top seal of the foot mask package.
3. We recommended to wear a pair of socks to cover the foot mask, to ensure sufficient contact with essence against skin.
4. Remove the foot mask after 35-95 minutes, then clean your feet.
5. Most people start to peel off dead skin after 48-hours use, but due to different skin types, some people may need to use about 2 to 3 foot masks. Please use foot mask again 48 hours later.
6. Do not use the mask if you have deep cuts or wounds.
7. We suggest you soak your feet with hot water after 48-hours use.

Note: After using foot masks for about 3 to 5 days, old foot skin will gradually peel off.  This process could take up to 5-7days.  *Depending upon the current condition of your feet, you may get faster results than someone else.  It's worth it!
