WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?   

We are based in New Zealand however; our products are shipped directly from our manufacturers in Asia. This enables us to keep our prices low and offer free shipping anywhere. Rest assured that all of our products passed our quality assurance and are of high standard! 

NO UPDATE ON THE TRACKING

Please do not worry if the tracking seems not updating. It only means that it hasn't been scanned into the next facility's system yet. Once your package has been scanned, a real time status will be available. Delivery date is posted once it reached your local postal office.

TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT"

Please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking to update. If still no information after 5 business days, please email us at inquiries@abranddeal.com  . 

I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL MY ORDERS

If you didn't receive all the items from your order at once, please do not worry! We have multiple manufacturing suppliers, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Due to this, if you order multiple items, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest of your ordered products. Please rest assure that if all items from your order do not arrive within the first shipment, the rest of your order is on its way!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER                                                                                 

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at inquiries@abranddeal.com. If 24 hours has gone by, unfortunately, we can no longer cancel your order.

CHANGE OR UPDATE ORDER DETAILS                                                           

If you want to update or change anything on your order, please contact us within 24 hours upon placing the order. Once order has been processed, unfortunately, we can no longer amend it.

SHIPPING DELAYS                                                                                     

Please note that we do not have control over shipping delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Unfortunately, we can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse.

CUSTOMS TAXES AND DUTIES                                                                   

Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Customers are responsible for payment of any customs taxes, fees or duties that may be charged during international import.

RETURN TO SENDER DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS                         

Please note that the customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. If a package is marked as 'Return to Sender' due to an incorrect/incomplete/undeliverable address, a fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund amount. If customer wants reshipment, an additional $15 should be paid first before reshipping the item/order.

REFUSED PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY

Refusal of a shipment upon delivery will be considered as unauthorized returns and the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back to the sender and a $15 fee will apply and be deducted from your refund. Please note that refused shipments may take longer to arrive at our warehouse, causing a delay in processing your credit.
